Meet the Women Behind the Table

More Than a Table

At The Divine Dish Co., we believe some of life's most meaningful moments happen around a table. A shared meal becomes a place of encouragement. A simple conversation becomes an opportunity for growth. Friendships deepen as women gather to study God's Word, pray together, and walk alongside one another through every season of life.

Founded bya Rhonda Freeman and Lauren Fletcher, The Divine Dish Co. was created from a shared passion for hospitality, discipleship, and meaningful connection. Through Bible studies, devotionals, gathering guides, and thoughtfully crafted recipes ranging from simple to more elaborate offerings, we create resources that help women gather intentionally and grow together in faith.

We believe hospitality isn't about perfection. It's about creating space. Whether sharing coffee and muffins, a simple brunch, or a carefully prepared meal, food has a unique way of bringing people together and opening the door to deeper conversation, authentic friendship, and spiritual growth.

The Divine Dish Co. is lovingly dedicated to the memory of Diana Fletcher, Lauren's mother and Rhonda's dear friend.

Diana's unwavering commitment to prayer, discipleship, and the spiritual health of those around her left a lasting impact on countless lives. She faithfully lived out Christ's call to make disciples, encouraging others to know, love, and serve Him with boldness, compassion, and complete dependence on God.

Her example reminds us that some of the most meaningful ministry happens in everyday moments. Around kitchen tables. Through heartfelt conversations. Within faithful friendships. Her legacy continues to inspire our mission and our desire to help women find those trusted front-row friends who encourage one another and continually point each other back to Christ.
